Know and Be Known by God
Before ministry comes relationship. We were created first to know God and live in daily relationship with Him.
Be Mission Minded is a Christian ministry committed to advancing God's Kingdom by helping people walk intimately with Jesus, multiply disciples, and demonstrate His love through practical compassion.
Biblical truth enters everyday
conversation.
Truth becomes a multiplying
way of life.
Truth becomes visible through
compassion.
We believe life and ministry make the most sense when they stay in the right order: know God, love people, and make disciples who make disciples. Everything Be Mission Minded does grows out of these three convictions.
Before ministry comes relationship. We were created first to know God and live in daily relationship with Him.
Following Jesus moves us toward people. We want to see their dignity, listen to their stories, and meet real needs with the heart of Christ.
We want disciples developing disciples, leaders developing leaders, and generations carrying the life and message of Jesus farther than we ever could alone.
Each ministry has a distinct assignment. Together they help people encounter truth, walk with Jesus, and experience His love in practical ways.
Honest biblical conversations about faith, culture, current events, and the issues people face every day - continually pointing listeners toward Jesus and Scripture.
LISTEN & DISCOVER →Equipping believers, pastors, and leaders with curriculum, training, culture, and tools to build thriving multiplying discipleship ministries.
EXPLORE NATURAL DISCIPLESHIP →Serving vulnerable children, families, indigenous leaders, and communities with practical care while demonstrating the dignity, compassion, and love of Jesus.
DISCOVER FORSAKEN VOICES →A conversation can awaken someone to truth. A relationship can help them learn to walk with Jesus. Compassion can make His love visible. The ministries reinforce one another around the same mission.
Wherever possible, Be Mission Minded works through relationships, indigenous leadership, local churches, discipleship, and sustainable multiplication. Our goal is not to enter a community and become indispensable. Our goal is to strengthen people God is already working through and help them carry the mission farther.
We build long-term relationships with pastors, leaders, churches, families, and communities rather than only short-term projects.
Local leaders understand their people, language, culture, and opportunities. We equip, resource, encourage, and walk alongside them.
We continually ask who is being discipled, who they are discipling, which leaders are emerging, and how the work will continue.
Sometimes love looks like curriculum. Sometimes food. Sometimes caring for a child, strengthening a pastor, or meeting an urgent practical need.
We take seriously every relationship, opportunity, and resource entrusted to us and seek meaningful Kingdom impact over unnecessary structure.
We believe ministry should be visible, relational, and accountable. We want partners close enough to see the people, leaders, stories, and work they are helping support.
Watch testimonies, field videos, leader updates, training moments, and discipleship stories from the people actually doing the work.
Access nonprofit information, leadership and board structure, annual impact reporting, and financial accountability information.
Travel with Be Mission Minded to ministry locations, meet indigenous leaders, serve alongside local teams, and experience the work firsthand.
Follow Natural Discipleship social accounts for ongoing testimonies, short videos, stories, and glimpses of multiplication as it happens.
Trust grows when partners can see the work, understand how it functions, and know how their generosity is being stewarded.
Ongoing evidence of the ministry through real people and real stories, not only polished fundraising moments.
A strong ministry should make it easy for donors and partners to understand who is responsible, what is happening, and where resources are going.
The Great Commission is larger than one church, city, culture, or nation. We want followers of Jesus to become Global Christians - people who understand that every believer can participate through prayer, giving, discipling, going, and strengthening leaders across cultures.
Our current relationships are especially active in Africa and North America, with a vision that remains open to wherever Jesus leads.
Be Mission Minded is led by Pete Robertson, who serves as CEO, alongside board members, pastors, indigenous leaders, ministry leaders, volunteers, and partners carrying different parts of the mission. Pete also co-hosts RIOT Podcast with Bob and Pastor Bill and leads Natural Discipleship.
The strength of Be Mission Minded, however, is not one person. It is a growing network of people walking together around one mission.
Your generosity helps Be Mission Minded equip disciples, strengthen indigenous leaders, care for vulnerable people, share biblical truth, and respond when Jesus opens new doors.
Put training, books, curriculum, and practical tools into the hands of people who will use them.
Help develop disciples and leaders who invest what they receive into others.
Help meet practical needs through compassionate ministry and local relationships.
Help conversations and teaching reach people through RIOT Podcast and other ministry channels.
You may never personally meet every disciple, pastor, child, family, or leader your generosity helps reach. But Kingdom multiplication means your partnership can travel farther than you ever will.
